All legal compliance, invoicing, contracts, copyright liabilities, privacy policies, and service obligations associated with DigitalCardSuite are managed under the registered legal entity The Voice Bros.

1. Project Scope & Deposit

DigitalCardSuite operates through its parent registered company, The Voice Bros. Web development services, UI/UX designs, and custom scripts are tailored services. Advance deposits collected before project kickoff cover initial planning, UI wireframing, and server configuration setup.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation prior to the commencement of active code development. Once design approvals are provided and coding has begun, project milestone fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Any approved refunds or adjustments will be issued directly by The Voice Bros through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
